Extra-short fitted strappy dress by Noir in a sophisticated black power wet look with silhouette-enhancing vertical seams. Soft and stretchy for a close fit and exceptional comfort. It features a full-length zipper at the front. A removable belt with a decorative ring at the front and a snap fastener at the back. The wide straps are adjustable.
