Loyalty program
Your loyalty is rewarded! Collect points for your purchases. We'll explain what you need to do here:
1) To collect points, you need a customer account with us. You will receive 3 points for creating a customer account.
2) You receive 1 point for every €40.00 spent (excluding shipping costs). The calculation is percentage-based, not linear, meaning you don't have to spend, for example, the full €80.00 to get 2 points. For example, if you shop with us for €75.00, you'll already receive 2 points. The system is designed to round up points if the decimal value is 0.5 or higher. For €75.00, the calculation is 75 / 40 = 1.875, which equals 2 points. Pretty good for you, right?
3) One point has a value of €1.00
4) You can redeem your points immediately on your next purchases, starting from just 1 point.
5) There are several ways to redeem points:
- You can redeem points per order, up to a maximum of 3 points per order - so you can save at least €1 and at most €3.
- You collect at least 7 points and receive free shipping.
- You collect at least 10 points and receive a €10 discount.
6) Your points do not have an expiry date, meaning they do not expire.
7) Points cannot be combined with other discounts.
Sounds good? Then simply create a customer account and you're good to go!
Notes:
- Points cannot be redeemed in the Shoes & Heels category.
- Points cannot be redeemed for special offers or in the "Your Bargains" category.
1. Open the loyalty points widget. You'll find it on every page of the store at the bottom left:
2. Join the loyalty program and create a customer account:
3. Enter your name, an email address and a password here:
4. After creating an account, open the Loyalty Program widget again:
Now you can see your score and what you can do with your points.

6. After clicking "Redeem," you will receive a code:
7. Copy the code and open your shopping cart and click "Checkout":
8. Enter the code in the "Discount Code" field and click "Apply":
9. Done! The points will be deducted from your order:
10. Decided to wait a bit longer to place your order? No problem! Your points won't expire! Simply open the loyalty points widget again next time and copy the code again!
