Sleeveless, tight mini dress by Noir in a sophisticated black power wet look with delicate lace on the cups and wide straps. Soft and stretchy for a close, comfortable fit. A large, lace-trimmed cutout at the front and a large neckline at the upper back are also featured. A lace collar and halter neck with a button closure.
