Black mini dress by Noir made of fine transparent tulle (top) blended with a power wet look (skirt). Soft and stretchy all around for maximum comfort. A wide-cut tulle top with long batwing sleeves. Extra low cut at the front and back. The cuffs and stand-up collar (with snap fasteners at the front) are crafted in the same power wet look as the tight, short skirt.
