Hot dress for hot nights!
Short dress by NOIR with a tight, fitted cut and a flared skirt. Made from a sophisticated black blend of soft powernet with patent leather details (top) and power wet look (skirt). The front features a full-length two-way zipper from the neckline to the hem. The backless design features a halter neckline with ties. The flared skirt is slightly shorter in the front than in the back.
