Black dress by Noir in a sophisticated, stretchy fabric blend that hugs the skin. The asymmetrical lace top is sewn to the waistband of the power wet look skirt on one side. The skirt is elegantly knee-length. The lace top has one long sleeve and is off-the-shoulder on the other side.
