High-waisted, all-around elastic brief by Noir made of elastic tulle with a fine black velvet flock print in a leopard pattern. With a continuous 2-way zipper from the wide, contrasting waistband through the crotch and over the bottom. Extra high leg cutouts excitingly accentuate the bottom and legs.
